Exchange and Return Policy

At Watches Galleria, we ensure quality control by rechecking at every step of packing and done inspection minutely, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our exchange and return policy are designed to provide you with peace of mind and flexibility:

Exchange Policy:

Exchange is valid if watch received with mechanical problem

We offer exchanges on products within 3 days of the delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability or exchange with equivalent amount of product with available stock If the desired item is unavailable, we can offer an exchange for a similar product or issue store credit.

Products eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team through email/phone number to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, and the replacement item will be shipped to you once the original item is received and inspected.

Return Policy:

Exchange is accepted for products that are received defective or damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item.

Products eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact email/phone number 03234342801 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will provide you with further instructions on returning the item.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or offer store credit, as per your preference.

Non-Returnable Items:

Disliking of a product is not exchangeable/Returnable

No Return and exchange after using of that product

Products purchased during sale, promo are not returnable

In any case, the amount will not be reimbursed. Only exchanges in accordance with the aforementioned rules will be accepted.
